Content Policy
Pages are meant to make someone's day. To protect Recipients and to comply with the law and with our AI provider's usage policy, you may not create a Page that:
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks, intimidates or humiliates anyone, or is sent to someone who has asked you not to contact them.
- Contains hate speech or attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar characteristics.
- Contains sexually explicit material, or sexual content involving anyone under 18. Romantic and affectionate content between adults is welcome.
- Involves a minor in any sexualised, degrading or endangering way, or discloses a minor's personal details beyond what is needed for an innocent greeting (first name, age, occasion).
- Uses the name or details of a person who could reasonably object to appearing on the Page.
- Impersonates another person, pretends to come from someone else, or is designed to deceive the Recipient (for example a fake "confession" as a prank, or a message attributed to a real person who did not send it).
- Reveals private information about someone (address, phone number, health, finances, sexual life) without their consent, or is intended to expose or shame them.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons, or any illegal activity, or contains extremist content.
- Infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Is used for commercial advertising, spam, scams, phishing, or collecting data from Recipients.
How we enforce this. We do not read Pages routinely. Our AI provider's safety systems may refuse to write text for a request, and we review a Page when it is reported. We may refuse to generate, remove or disable a Page, refuse refunds for Pages removed for violations, and block repeat offenders. Where required by the Digital Services Act we will tell you why and how to appeal at hello@sendawick.com.
Reporting. Anyone can report a Page by e-mailing hello@sendawick.com with the link. A Recipient can always remove the Page about them, no reason needed, with the "Do not show this card again" button at the bottom of the Page; it takes effect immediately. We aim to act on e-mailed reports within 48 hours and to remove clearly illegal content faster.
