Content Policy

Pages are meant to make someone's day. To protect Recipients and to comply with the law and with our AI provider's usage policy, you may not create a Page that:

1. Harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks, intimidates or humiliates anyone, or is sent to someone who has asked you not to contact them.
2. Contains hate speech or attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar characteristics.
3. Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material, or sexual content involving anyone under 18. Romantic and affectionate content between adults is welcome.
4. Involves a minor in any sexualised, degrading or endangering way, or discloses a minor's personal details beyond what is needed for an innocent greeting (first name, age, occasion).
5. Uses a photo of a person without their permission where they could reasonably object, or a photo you do not have the right to use (including copyrighted images you found online).
6. Impersonates another person, pretends to come from someone else, or is designed to deceive the Recipient (for example a fake "confession" as a prank, or a message attributed to a real person who did not send it).
7. Reveals private information about someone (address, phone number, health, finances, sexual life) without their consent, or is intended to expose or shame them.
8. Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons, or any illegal activity, or contains extremist content.
9. Infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights, including uploading music, videos or brand material you are not licensed to use.
10. Is used for commercial advertising, spam, scams, phishing, or collecting data from Recipients.

How we enforce this: Content is screened automatically before generation and may be reviewed by a person after a report. We may refuse to generate, remove or disable a Page, refuse refunds for Pages removed for violations, and block repeat offenders. Where required by the Digital Services Act we will tell you why and how to appeal at [CONTACT EMAIL].

Reporting: anyone, including a Recipient, can report a Page via the "Report / remove this page" link on every Page or by e-mailing [REPORT EMAIL] with the link. Recipients can always have a Page about them removed, no reason needed. We aim to act on reports within [48] hours and to remove clearly illegal content faster.
